Don’t worry, mate, there are plenty of fine racing games for slower PCs. . .
Trackmania Nations, free online game, beats Shift easily. Instead of Dirt 2, you can play Colin McRae 4, or better yet, Richard Burns Rally.
For 80$, you can buy Logitech MOMO wheel with force feedback and enjoy Live for Speed, truly realistic game, or something.

@F2pguides shift is better than the undergound series. . . nfs died after nfs 3 hot pursuit, so it doesn’t really matter. those street racing nfs games were shit and they were all the same. EA just wanted to make money, not real games. and you can tell just by how nfs games they released in such a short amount of time. there was nfsu, nfsu2, nfsu3, carbon, and etc. . . .
